These emails use Travelex branding and can look realistic. If you receive such an email purporting to be from Travelex and asking for personal details please disregard it. Travelex does not solicit information in this manner, and the sender may be attempting to fraudulently acquire your personal information. Please do not share your personal details via email from an unsolicited source.
