  • What kind of people are Travelex looking for?

    Travelex is looking for people who share our values and have transferable skills from either work experience or qualifications.

  • What type of training is provided?

    Travelex provides induction for all employees as well as learning experience - a combination of online training modules and on-the-job training. Travelex also provides Training Coordinators to assist you.

  • Will I be covered under an award or an AWA?

    Travelex Sales Consultants, Team Leaders and Operations Coordinators are covered under the Travelex Collective Agreement 2007. All other employees are covered by Individual Employment agreements.

  • What are my leave entitlements?

    Full Time shift workers are entitled to 5 weeks leave (Pro rata leave for Part Time) Full Time non-shift are entitled to 4 weeks leave (Pro rata leave for Part Time).Travelex provides 10 days paid personal leave such as sick and carers leave, Compassionate leave, Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Adoption leave and Long service leave.

  • Is Full time, Part time and Casual work available?

    At Travelex, we offer Full Time, Part Time and Casual Sales Consultant positions. Travelex also offers job share opportunities

  • Is Travelex a bank?
