ATM Click & Collect allows you to order foreign currency online and collect from a Click & Collect enabled ATM at a designated location.
When you collect your order from a Travelex ATM, you will need your order confirmation number, Date of Birth, and One Time Pin (OTP).
Currently only Euros and US Dollars are available for collection via ATM Click & Collect, with more to come.

You will not be charged a fee for an ATM Click & Collect order.
Your One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent one day prior to your nominated collection date to the mobile phone number provided during the order process.
Your order will expire 72 hours after your nominated collection date. After that period your order will be blocked and cancelled. Following this cancellation, your payment will be refunded, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
If you experience issues at the ATM that cannot be resolved, please contact the Global Support Centre on 1800 440 039 for further support.
If your order is blocked, you will not be able to collect your travel money. Your order will be subject to a cancellation, and you should contact the Global Support Centre on 1800 440 039 for further support.
If your One Time Pin (OTP) hasn’t been sent to the mobile number provided during the order process, you will be required to contact the Global Support Centre on 1800 440 039.
One Time Pins (OTP) cannot be re-sent. In the event that you lost your OTP, you will need to cancel your order and place another one. Please contact the Global Support Centre on 1800 440 039 for assistance.
What is ATM Click & Collect?

ATM Click & Collect allows you to order foreign currency online and collect from a Click & Collect enabled ATM at a designated location.

What do I need when collecting my order from an ATM?

When you collect your order from a Travelex ATM, you will need your order confirmation number, Date of Birth, and One Time Pin (OTP).

What currencies can I purchase for ATM Click & Collect?

Currently only Euros and US Dollars are available for collection via ATM Click & Collect, with more to come.

When will I be sent my One Time Pin (OTP)?

Why am I unable to collect my order from the ATM?

If your One Time Pin (OTP) hasn’t been sent to the mobile number provided during the order process, you will be required to contact the Global Support Centre on 1800 440 039.

I have deleted my SMS with the One Time Pin (OTP)?

One Time Pins (OTP) cannot be re-sent. In the event that you lost your OTP, you will need to cancel your order and place another one. Please contact the Global Support Centre on 1800 440 039 for assistance.
