Ordering my USD online.

I ordered my money online and then received a friendly phone call to be told my money had arrived and was ready to be collected, earlier than expected which was really helpful. On arrival to collect I was greeted with a smile and the lady behind the counter could not have been more helpful and even offered extra advice and information that was much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Travelex again.

An easy and hassle free order to place and collect.

Chelle Peters

Transaction went smoothly

Transaction went smoothly. I was able to pick up the currency from my local post office. Some mix up with the payment of $10 pick up fee from Australia Post, which I thought was payable at the time and point of collection. Travelex appear to have been competitive. Overall, I have no reason to not recommend this company.

So Sad

Always enjoyed a good service. So sad though $10 charge for making pick up at Australia Post, has made Qantas Travel Money a better option.
