Excellent service all round

Excellent service all round - especially having my order delivered to the door. My only reason for removing one star was that I had ordered my delivery for August 8 and it arrived yesterday, August 6. Purely by chance, I was at home and, luckily, able to receive it. I guess that is more to do with the vagaries of Australia Post services, but shouldn't complain about them being so efficient, should I? Thank you all concerned

Very simple easy to follow on-line process. The in store receival process was equally fuss free - simple and quick. I use Travelex regularly and this most recent transaction went the same way as those before it. I recomend it for those short of time and in need of something simple and that works.

I ordered my currency on line and the in shop service was excellent when I picked it up. However, the notification emails were confusing, for example: 1. The first email stated "your order will be ready for collection on or after 05 August" but also stated "Your order will be held at the store until close of business on your nominated collection date". 2. An email received on 02 August stated "Your order is now ready for collection" but also stated "Your order will be ready for collection on or after 05 August". Otherwise, excellent service and I would recommend it.
