You will also need to provide your recipient’s bank account details including bank name, account number, and SWIFT/BIC code as well as their full name and address.
Once the transaction has been processed, funds will usually arrive in 48 hours (1-2 business days). If it takes longer, the issue is likely caused by your recipient’s bank in Singapore.
The minimum amount for all Travelex international money transfers is AU$10. While your first transaction is limited to AU$2500 max, there is no limit for subsequent transactions with Travelex.
Depending on the nature of the transaction, there may be tax obligations that apply. Money that you transfer to Malaysia is typically not taxable since the money has already been taxed within Australia.
