* Note that currently, payments made after 4pm on Friday are not processed until Monday or next working day.

Copy your PayID number and our ABN number

Details will be supplied via the order confirmation email

Use your bank app to pay

Open your banking app and choose the PayID label relevant to your bank. E.g., Pay anyone

Enter the details from Travelex and pay

Select ABN and enter the Travelex ABN. Add your PayID in the description field and complete the payment

Select PayID as payment

You’ll be provided with a PayID in the form of an email address and a 10-digit reference number

Use your bank app to pay

Open your banking app and choose the PayID label relevant to your bank. E.g., Pay anyone, pay by email

Transfer the exact amount to your PayID provided by Travelex

Additionally, add your 10-digit reference number in the payment description field

Complete your PayID payment

You’ll be notified by email when payment is received
