How does Everyday Rewards work?

You can earn Everyday Rewards points when you shop with Travelex online, in-app, and in-store across Australia. Simply scan your Everyday Rewards card in-store or provide your Everyday Rewards card number at the time of transaction online or in the app.

FAQs

Your Everyday Rewards points will appear in your account within 14 days. Details can be found in the Everyday Rewards Terms & Conditions.

If you’re already exchanging currency or using a Travel Money Card, earning Everyday Rewards points adds extra value at no additional cost — making it a simple way to maximise your travel spend.

In store:

You must scan your Everyday Rewards Card (physical or digital) before the transaction is completed. If your Everyday Rewards Card is not scanned before the transaction is finalised, you will not collect Everyday Rewards points for that transaction.

Online:

For eligible online transactions at Travelex, you must enter your Everyday Rewards Card number at check out before completing your transaction. You will only collect Everyday Rewards points where your Everyday Rewards membership number has been successfully added to the transaction prior to purchase.

You can collect Everyday Rewards points on eligible:

Purchases of foreign currency cash;
Sales of foreign currency cash;
Loads or reloads of a Travelex Money Card with foreign currency; and
Travel accessories.

You will not earn Everyday Rewards points on:

Currency withdrawals from Travelex ATMs;
Card surcharges, collection fees, delivery fees or other transaction-related fees and charges;
Loads or reloads of a Travelex Money Card with AUD;
Transfers between currency wallets on a Travelex Money Card (for example, transferring funds from a USD wallet to a GBP wallet);
Transactions made using a Travelex Money Card after it has been loaded; or
Foreign cheques or travellers cheques.

Everyday Rewards points are only awarded when eligible foreign exchange transactions are completed or when a Travelex Money Card is loaded or reloaded with foreign currency.

If your Everyday Rewards Card is not scanned in store, or your Everyday Rewards Card number is not added to your online transaction before the transaction is finalised, you will not collect Everyday Rewards points for that transaction. Everyday Rewards points cannot be awarded retrospectively.

¹ You will not earn Everyday Rewards points with the Travelex Money Card (TMC) when you move currency purse to purse, i.e. from your USD Wallet to a GBP wallet. You will only earn Everyday Rewards points when you load the initial funds from your bank account or card onto the TMC.
